Order Surcharge and Carriage Rate Change – 20th April 2026

We value your trust and continued support, and we remain committed to providing you with the highest quality products and reliable service.

Due to ongoing disruptions, particularly with the current situation in the Middle East, our material and labour costs have risen significantly. To help offset these unforeseen expenses, a surcharge of 5% will be applied to our current list prices, effective Monday 20th April 2026.

Please be assured that we will regularly review this surcharge and make changes as and when appropriate.

Additionally, and as a reflection of the current position, we have reviewed our current carriage rates, which we have had in place for the past 3 years, and unfortunately will be applying a small increase to these also. A copy of our new schedule of rates can be downloaded below.

This measure ensures we can maintain our service standards without compromising on quality.
