Housing Developments
Kearsey Court, Hollingbourne
Wooldridge & Simpson Building Contracts were the build partner for a new development in Oxon for 10 bespoke residential properties, based in a quiet cul-de-sac, Kearsey Court on the edge of Charlbury. All 10 properties have reconstituted stone external walls and roof, aluminium windows, doors and rainwater system.
The roofing contractor, Cotswold Roofing, were tasked with providing and fitting the aluminium rainwater system for these properties and they knew just where to turn.
Having been a customer of ARP for many years, Rob Biles, Owner of Cotswold Roofing, knows he can rely on ARP for quality products and a speedy service.
Upon contacting his local Area Sales Manager for ARP, Nigel Hancock. Rob provided Nigel with the drawings for all properties and Nigel was able to conduct drawing take-offs and submitted a detailed quote for all plots and samples for approval.
As it was such a sizeable project Rob decided that it would be better to phase the job and have two deliveries. This meant that there was no excess material being left on site, limiting any possible damage to the components prior to being fitted.
ARP are happy to provide split orders, and can work with clients to ensure deliveries arrive on site in time for the installation process.
Sentinel Beaded Half Round Gutter and Colonnade Cast Eared Downpipes were specified for this project, as they were in keeping with the style and design of these new properties. Aluminium building components are generally known for being a modern, natural product which is fully recyclable, but non-corrosive and offers a lightweight, strong and durable system, with little maintenance, ensuring rainwater is quickly and easily diverted away from the property.
